- I have an idea to simplify something, but realize it only shifts the work to someone else.
- I read or write an email that is verbose.
- Someone (sometimes me) spends a lot of time explaining in detail something that only needed a simple answer.
That list could go on and on. Basically, a little thoughtfulness can go a long way.
